  • 2 Muesli B’Breaks
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp of cane sugar
  • 4 tbsp of caramel sauce
  • A few pieces of walnuts or hazelnuts

  • Cut the Muesli B’Break into pieces.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla sugar.
  • Soak the B’Break pieces in this mixture, allowing to soak for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Brown the French toast pieces on all sides for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, cut the bananas into thick slices.
  • Caramelise the bananas in a pan with the cane sugar, without squashing them.
  • Put the browned B’Break slices on a plate. Add the hot bananas and coat with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts for a crunchy touch.
